Pascal writes its characters to the output stream using the ASCII code standards. Belows is a list for the ASCII code characters, however because Windows uses ANSI, not all of the ASCII codes may be right. The best is if you write your own program to get this table in a file and display this file in the DOS Environment, so that you have a true ASCII table. If you are not sure about how to write this little program use this one:

The only thing that remains is that you open the file in an editor and look up the value for the character you need. If you want to write the character without using chr(), then you could try this: Hold down the ALT key and press the ASCII value for that special character and you will see it on the screen. Note that the first 32 characters are nonprintable, so don't try to print them.
