Identity System for eBloc Blockchain

Objective is to build a secure and easy-to-use identity system which operates on eBloc blockchain. This system tries to solve identity problem by representing communities in a hierarchical structure and representing individual identities as members of these groups in the structure. It can be used to check if some individual has studied/worked in a specific community.
