REGISTRATION PROCESS

The following materials must be sent by facsimile to the Congress Secretariat
(+90-212-347-6363) indicated in the registration form no later than May 20,
2006:


An accepted paper will not appear in the proceedings if any of the forms above is missing.

At least one author must register for the conference as the presenter. ComSoc policy states that all accepted ISCN 2006 technical paper presenters must register at the REGULAR, IEEE MEMBER or STUDENT rate.

In the case that an author has multiple papers accepted, a discount is available for non-student rates as follows: The registration fee for the second and third papers will be one half of the first paper.
 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Request for registration cancellation must be made by fax. Cancellations received on or before May 31, 2006 will be liable to a 50% service fee. There will be no refunds after this date.

 


FINAL CAMERA READY PAPER SUBMISSION

All accepted papers must be prepared as indicated below and final camera ready versions must be emailed to iscn-submit@cmpe.boun.edu.tr so that they can be published in the proceedings.

All the following steps must be completed no later than 20 May 2006.
 
  1. STEP 1: REVISE YOUR PAPER:

    2. Please read the reviews and follow the reviewers recommendations for revising your final paper. Additionally, your paper should comply with the IEEE templates to be able to published in IEEE Explore. You can find the templates for:

    Microsoft Word 97/2000
    Rich Text Format

    LaTeX (Paper size must be defined as A4 and document type must be [conference])
    Unix,
    Windows

    You can use the sample manuscript as a visual aid for formatting.
    When you are done with revising, please print out your paper and proofread it.
     
    Note: Preferred maximum page length is 6 pages, including figures. However, ISCN 2006 will accept papers up to 9 pages in length. Accepted papers that are longer than 6 pages will be charged an overlength fee of 80 Euros for each additional page.
     
  2. STEP 2:SEND YOUR SOURCE FILE AND PDF FILES:

    3. Camera ready source file formatted according to IEEE style and its pdf version should be sent to iscn-submit@cmpe.boun.edu.tr. Source file should be either:
        * Microsoft Word (.doc) document, or
        * LaTeX file along with picture files, extra style and bibliography
    files.
     
  3. STEP 3: SUBMIT YOUR COPYRIGHT TRANSFER:

    4. After you send your camera ready paper, the IEEE Copyright Form should be filled and faxed to Congress Secretariat (+90 212 347 63 63). IEEE Copyright Form could be downloaded from:
