The eNTERFACE 2007 workshop is being organized this summer on the scenic campus
of Bogazici University, right on the Bosphorus,
in Istanbul, Turkey. The eNTERFACE workshops
present an opportunity of collaborative research and software development by
gathering, in a single place, a team of senior project leaders in multimodal
interfaces, PhD students, and (undergraduate) students, to work on a pre-specified
list of challenges, for the duration of four weeks. Participants are organized
in teams of six to eight, all attached to specific projects. Tutorials and state-of-the
art surveys on multimodal interfaces and their design will be given every week

Participation
Senior researchers, PhD students, or undergraduates interested in participating
to the workshop should submit the
application form before May 2nd 2007, containing:
- A short CV
- A list of three preferred projects to work on
- A list of skills to offer for these projects.
Participants must procure their own travel and accomodation expenses. Note
that although no scholarships are available for PhD students, there are no application
fees and the estimated cost of lodging and meals for the full four weeks is
650 Euros. Lodging will be available on campus, in university dormitories. A
number of scholarshipsfor travel, lodging and catering expenses are available
for undergraduate students.
eNTERFACE'07 will welcome approx. 80 students, researchers, and seniors, working
