2. The style of the report should follow the style of an IEEE journal article with single column format. You must use the IEEE style for citing and listing the references.

3. Please include commented copies of your program source code in an Appendix as part of your report.

4. You are strongly advised to put images in your report, whenever appropriate.

5. You are expected to submit a printed copy your homework during class hours (Mondays 14:00-17:00).

6. If you can not submit your homework during class hours, you may send your report electronically to the lecturer via e-mail (cigdem@ieee.org) in pdf format. Please include the images that you show in your report and submit them together with your report. For example you might have the following statement is your report: "The image shown in Figure X is located in the file fig-dither.tif." . Please zip all of your files into a single file before submitting.

7. Late reports will be penalized.
