About the projects and the groups
There are mainly 5 groups for this semester's CmpE450 course. These are test group, GUI group and 3 groups for each project. In addition, the project groups are divided into 4 subgroups among themselves; requirement analysis, design, database and coding subgroups. The projects are real life projects that will be integrated to the last semester's project and they will be used by the personnel in the university.
Test group
Since we will integrate the new features to the current system which is done in the last CmpE450 course, you will set up the current system and test it.

GUI group
You will examine the current system's GUI and enhance it to continue. If you would not like to continue on the existing design, you will design the GUI from scratch. You will create the template and general formats by taking the old design into consideration.

Requirement Analysis subgroups
You will contact with the people (or departments) and prepare the RAD v1.0 on its due date. The contact people are as follows:

Design subgroups
One sample RAD will be given to each group and they will be assigned to write the ODD for the relevant RAD as an exercise. This exercise is due to the RAD submission date of requirement analysis group.
Then, you will prepare your project's ODD v1.0 considering the RAD v1.0 due to the given date on the syllabus.

Database subgroups
You will work with the test group for examining the existing database and you will be responsible with the new projects databases.
Coding subgroups
You will start the coding of your own projects after you get the ODD, but you need to complete programming tasks which will be assigned to your group to make you familiar with JSP. Design these systems such that we will be able to use them during the project. Due date is the same with the submission of ODD v1.0
